In an official ceremony that took place on the 16th of November, at the University Campus of Gandra, the President of the Board of Directors of CESPU, Professor António Almeida Dias, was appointed Honorary Professor at UPCH - Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.
This distinction is the highest awarded by this University, after the Honoris Causa and is made by official nomination approved by the University Council.
It is a distinction of enormous value, since the UPCH is the most prestigious university in the health field in Peru and one of the most respected in Latin America.
The official distinction was made by the Rector of the UPCH, Enrique Castañeda Saldaña.
