Research & Development
In addition to higher education and the provision of services to the community, scientific research constitutes one of the main strategic vectors of CESPU.
CESPU has been promoting research activities within her schools, through R&D units like Hemopat and Oral Microbiology Laboratory, which have been internationally awarded by quality and productivity.
In order to develop and establish research groups within the organization, CESPU has implemented various support measures, including the creation of a Research and Development Office, whose results are already encouraging, as well as the performance and enthusiasm shown by its members.
The release of the CESPU I&D Award was another major initiative to promote research activities in the health area. With the total value of 38,000.00 euros, this prize is becoming a national reference in the field of health science and technology, with candidates from around the world.
